Filarmonica della Scala has produced a substantial discography for Decca, Sony and Emi: on the occasion of Verdi's bicentenary he recorded with Riccardo Chailly the CD Viva Verdi (Decca), also published on DVD. With Sony he realised the project '900 Italiano. Decca released the CD with the live recording of Mahler's Symphony No. 9 conducted by Daniel Barenboim. Recent releases include Ouvertures, Preludes and Intermezzos, The Fellini Album, with music by Nino Rota, elected Diapason d'Or de l'Année 2019, Cherubini Discoveries and Respighi. Soon to be released is a CD with Mendelssohn's Italian Symphony No. 4 and Overtures by Mozart and Schubert.
